Oh my God! those wrinkly potatoes with mojo sauce are to die for. I could not believe that potatoes taste that good. It was so nice even before they formally open. Congratulations and Best wishes to the Dos Amigos team.

Salmon is one of my favorites. I tried the Pan-fried Salmon fillet served on dirty rice with their homemade avocado and mango salsa, it was amazing. I will be enjoying that Salmon Fillet agin in my next visit to Dos Amigos.
